    Hello,

i’m using your software a few days now and i like it very much. I think i’ll support you.

For the moment i’ve got a recommendation for saving time in the ProStockMaster-workflow.

All is fine until you have to work with the keyword section (“Manage Metadata”).

    My suggestions:
    1. Make it bigger. Usually an uploader in a stock agency is allowed to set up to 50 Keywords. I think THIS size you should give it vertically, or better, simply make the window scaleable.
    2. In addition, (but less important), it would be a great booster to workflow, if it would be possible to move the keywords up and down the list by drag&drop. And it would be a little more boosting booster, if one could select more than one keyword entry and move them around in a group. This would save a lot of clicking-time in this window.
    3. And last (and least) for better orientation in the list maybe you could make it possible, to display the number of each of the keyword entries.

So far my little suggestions to your really usefull software. I keep in touch with this and will make some word-of-mouth recommendation cause i like it.

    Keep up the good work.

When I first signed up for this software (about a year ago), I paid for it via PayPal. Has that all stopped now and you only offer the FREE version ?

    Hello,

Have just started using this (Mac 1.9.4 on OSX 10.7) and seem to be encountering some issues:
    - when editing metadata, the thumbnails for all images do not display (have to view the file names). This I don’t mind
    - the more worrying issue is with uploading. So far only Fotolia seems to be working flawlessly ie: I send the upload and it ends up in my queue.

Dreamstime and BigStock allow the upload but then it never arrives in my queue, and istockphoto keeps telling me I have provided invalid web credentials, even when I carefully enter the username and password.

I was able to successfully log in to istockphoto once, but then the images didn’t go up to the queue.

Is this an OSX 10.7 problem?

Sorry for the delayed answer, Ben. Since PSM web is quite popular at the moment we have too many “spam comments” from restful Internet robots.
Thumbnails: at the time of writing (Nov-14-2011) I never tested PSM on Mac OSX 10.7 Lion, not yet. Thumbnails are build with ImageMagick binaries, probably there is an issue with binaries compiled for Snow Leopard running on Lion? Still have to check that.

Login to microstocks: no it is not your problem. There is a general pain that sites change their interface and the app has to follow with the software updates, following the latest caprices of webmasters and junior security experts employed by microstocks. To have a better control on that the upcoming PSM 2.0 will upload exclusively to your Lightburner.com where you have full control where the images go.
