So far only one problem was reported:
the application fails to install on non-English Mac OS X showing the message “Application failed: null”. This is due to the Sun’ bug discussed e.g. here: http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=444943&messageID=2622985

I have just downloaded ProStockMaster and have Snow Leopard. I tried to enter my iStock details which I know are correct but I cannot log in. Is the select stock agency correct?

iStock have changed their web site this week. We are aware of that and the update will be issued shortly.

My software updated and I can no longer launch it. I don’t have Snow Leopard. Tried to re-install 1.8, but it can’t find the prostock database. I can see prostock files, but they’re greyed out.

I can’t update to Snow Leopard without buying a new computer.

Laurie,
If you can not launch the software it typically means that you did not install the full version of ProStockMaster. Here is how to do that.
This version is built for Snow Leopard, but it will still [almost] properly work on Leopard. The only thing that will not work on Leopard is the thumbnails display. You will get files names only. Switch to the files names view using PSM “View” menu. All the rest should work just fine for you.
We strongly recommend consider updating to Snow Leopard because further versions of ProStockMaster will add more functionality that will be available on Snow Leopard only.
